STS-106 crew to visit Marshall Center Nov. 2

What:

U.S. members of the STS-106 Space Shuttle mission crew will visit NASA’s Marshall Space Flight Center in Huntsville, Ala., Thursday, Nov. 2. The crew returned from the International Space Station last month, where they prepared the facility for the first residents, scheduled to arrive Thursday. During their visit with Marshall Center employees, the crew will:

11 a.m. — 12 noon Present mission highlights
12 noon — 12:30 p.m. Sign autographs
1:30 — 3 p.m. Present Silver Snoopy awards

Silver Snoopy awards are presented by astronauts to NASA employees for their contributions to the success of the Space Shuttle, payload or International Space Station programs.
